As you may know I encourage people to attend a social gathering once every 3 months in Sydney. When you want I am happy to email the 80 odd people on my mailing list to attempt to promote the Australian RPG Dungeon. I also know some people that may also be interested in promoting the Australian RPG Dungeon.
Is it possible to modify the forum specs to have a unique wiki page list linked to that forum? That way it is not empowering the private forum moderator but rather the forum itself. Then the wiki writers can choose weather to link their scribblings to the private forum list or to the wiki main index.
RE: Am I happy for the Wiki to be fragmented in that way? Yes it will have to do. I agree it appears that one cannot moderate user/forum wiki page list access.

Hey Silke, It strikes me that the Wiki has the possibility of being private or gobal. One can create page lists if one is granted the access but if you don't have access it appears that you can only currently link your Wiki page creation to the global Wiki Index.
I am ok with it Zulu but don't forget our friends in NSW & ACT. Maybe an ACT thread and one for all of NSW (excluding Sydney).
